These terms set out the basis on which Xirophi Pty Ltd, the operator of Zero Sophia, sells its garments and makes this site available. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Agreement to these terms
Zero Sophia is operated by Xirophi Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia). By browsing zerosophia.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our pieces
Each garment is hand-finished and one-of-one. Because every piece is made by hand using bleach and dye, natural variation in colour, pattern, and finish is intended and is not a fault. Product images show the actual piece you will receive; minor differences in screen colour may occur.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A piece is reserved for you only once payment is completed; until then it remains available to others. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a piece has already sold or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund you in full if we do.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. By placing an order you authorise the charge for the piece and any shipping shown at checkout.
Shipping
We ship within Australia and internationally. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in a piece passes to you on delivery. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are your responsibility.
Returns and your consumer rights
Our garments come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Because each piece is unique and hand-made, we ask you to choose carefully; we are not required to offer a refund for change of mind, though you are welcome to contact us at office@zerosophia.com to discuss any issue.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, imagery, and the Zero Sophia marks — belongs to Xirophi Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, Xirophi Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state. We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown here is the one that applies.
